All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Handmade items may occasionally require additional processing time, but we'll always keep you informed if there's a delay.

Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination of your package. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on orders of $100 or more (U.S. orders only).

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times
After your order ships, most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The Threaded Pine is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If an issue arises, we'll gladly help you contact the carrier and assist however we can.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can make it right.
